Award-winning English folk singer and fiddler Chris Woods, famous for his uncompromising lyrics and outlook on life. His many roles include Oysterband and the English Acoustic Collective, and collaborations with fellow singer Martin Carthy.

A multiple winner of BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards, his song 'Hollow Point', about the post 7/7 shooting of Jean Charles de Menzes, gained him widespread mainstream recognition. He has recently also been touring with the legendary Joan Armatrading.
